Artist, songwriter, pianist, a husband and father of five children, Michael makes his home in Hawaii and gives credit to the Lord Jesus Christ for ALL things. Michael is a gifted producer who always focuses on the song and artist integrity. He is widely known as a "musician’s musician", and draws talented players and collaborators into his projects and performances. Michael has released 10 solo CDs worldwide, ranging from the funkiest Gospel and jazz to the deepest of heartfelt ballads. He maintains a large following in Europe, New York, Nashville and Los Angeles. He has had million-selling songs recorded by Bonnie Raitt, Huey Lewis, Natalie Cole, BeBe Winans, David Sanborn, The Doobie Brothers, and many more. His music is regularly used in movies and television. He has served as musical director/keyboardist with Lionel Richie, Chaka Khan, Rickie Lee Jones, David Sanborn, John Lee Hooker, Stevie Nicks and countless others.
